Heard the Official Liquidator and Ms. Shahid. The Official Liquidator's report is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a), (b) and (c). Ms. Shahid states that in the order dated 26th September, 2017, in the first paragraph, the date should be "30.6.2017" and not "30.1.2017". The Official Liquidator also agrees.

Therefore, in the order dated 26th September, 2017, in the first paragraph, the date "30.1.2017" is corrected to read as "30.6.2017". Gauri Gaekwad
