This Petition for divorce by the Plaintiff-Wife is being converted to a Petition for divorce by mutual consent under Section 32-B of the Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act, 1936. Both Plaintiffs are personally present in Court. They have tendered consent terms. These are signed by the Plaintiffs and their respective advocates. They are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

Both Plaintiffs have filed Affidavits in lieu of examination-inchief. They have today present in Court and confirm the correctness of these Affidavits.

In view thereof, the marriage of the parties is dissolved by mutual consent. The Suit is decreed in terms of the consent terms marked 'X' for identification. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
