By this Application, the Applicant has sought a prayer for substituting the name of the Petitioner and to add a paragraph incorporating the reason for doing so. The learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that for the proper adjudication of this Petition, the appropriate amendment is necessary. Reply affidavit is filed by the Respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, we grant the Application. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.

The contentions of the Respondent regarding the conduct of the Petitioner/Applicant of filing the Petition with the name of incorrect entity and subsequently amending it and of not getting itself impleaded in the Appeal will be considered when the Petition is taken up for consideration.
