This notice has been lodged in 2016 with the execution application. The counsel for applicant is tendering an affidavit of one Ravindra Yadav affirmed on 22nd December 2018 to prove the attempts made by claimant to serve respondents.

First of all it appears only on 20th December 2018 an attempt has been made. Moreover, the affidavit has got so many errors that it is difficult to even fathom what the affiant is trying to state.
