In this matter, on three previous occasions, we waited for Mr.Saraogi to inform whether anything survives in this petition or not. On two occasions, when this matter was listed before us, namely, on 13th November, 2019 and 14th November, 2019, time was sought to take instructions. The junior advocate of Mr.Saraogi was present.

Today, when this matter was called out, the advocate is not present nor is the petitioner. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner was specifically informed that this court will not adjourn the matter any further.
