Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, the learned counsel appearing for the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the learned AGP for the State of Maharashtra. The Writ Petitions filed by the Applicants have been dismissed for nonprosecution on 15th July 2015. On that date, only the Counsel for the Municipal Corporation was present.

In view of the averments made in Paragraph 3 of the affidavit in support, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, the Notices of Motion are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The Writ Petitions to be listed on the appropriate final hearing cause list.
