Mr. Kanade, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the present interim application is fled seeking permission to travel from 22nd July 2022 to 10th August 2022. The applicant has to travel to Dubai for business purpose. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that no criminal case is pending against the applicant. Gaikwad RD 1/2

The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that huge amount is outstanding against the applicant. The applicant is not paying the amount outstanding against him. 3.

Considering the itineraries of the applicant and the return ticket of the applicant, we pass the following order :

ORDER

i) The applicant is permitted to travel to Dubai from 22nd July 2022 till 11th August 2022.

ii) The applicant shall fle undertaking with the Prothonotary and Senior Master that the applicant would return back to India on 11th August 2022. iii) The applicant shall return to India on 11th August 2022 as undertaken.

iv) The applicant shall also place on record the itinerary and shall place a declaration on affdavit as to his movable and immovable assets. The affdavit be fled with the Prothonotory and copy with the bank.

v) The lookout notice shall not be operative against the applicant for travel from 22nd July 2022 to 11th August 2022.
