The Appellant is the Official Liquidator, who has been appointed under the U.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1965. By the impugned order, the Plaintiff has been directed to implead the Official Liquidator as a partyDefendant. 3.
In our view, no prejudice would be caused to the Appellant by the said impugned order. Hence, we are not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the learned Single Judge, reserving right of the Appellant to take out appropriate application before the learned Single Judge. 4.
