Learned Counsel for the plaintiff submits that she received instructions from her client to make appropriate application in the Registry for transferring the decree to the Dist. Court Jaipur and/or concerned Dist. Court, Orissa.

She submits that the plaintiff undertakes to file appropriate application in the Registry within eight weeks from today. 4.

If the application is filed, Registry is directed to take appropriate steps for transferring the decree to the concerned Dist. Court after following due process of law.
