This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of time for a period of twelve months, to enable the arbitral tribunal to complete the arbitral proceedings and publish an award. It is submitted that cross-examination of the respondents' first witness is in progress. This is the third extension.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for the mandate to be extended.

Having perused the averments in the petition, it is in the interest of justice that as a last chance, time for the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and make an award is further extended by a period of six months from today. There shall be no further extension. 4.
