Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states the the learned arbitrator has already rendered arbitral award which has not been challenged by the respondent so far. Learned counsel applies for continuation of the ad-interim order passed by this court on 11th March, 2015 for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to seek continuation of the said ad-interim order by filing appropriate application before the executing court.

Ad-interim order dated 11th March, 2015 to continue for a period of four weeks to enable the petitioner to seek continuation of the said order from the executing court. If any application is made before the executing court for continuation of the said ad-interim order, the same can be decided on its own merits.

Arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
