On oral application of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, time to apply for enforcement of the order dated 11th March, 2015 is extended by three weeks from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner does not apply for enforcement of the order within three weeks and does not deposit the costs, expenses and charges of the office of the Court Receiver simultaneously, the order dated 11th March, 2015 to stand vacated without further reference to court however on payment of costs, charges and expenses that may be payable to the office of the Court Receiver. Petitioner is also directed to pay cost of Rs.3,000/- on this application to the office of the Court Receiver within a period of three week from today. Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
