Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has no objection if the Court Receiver is discharged on payment of initial costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver and on payment of Rs.3,000/- towards cost. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has agreed to pay such initial costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver within two weeks from the date of communication of such expenses from the office of the Court Receiver and has also agrees to pay cost of Rs.3,000/- within the same period. Statement is accepted. Court Receiver's Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).
