Heard the counsel appearing for the applicant and also considered the affidavit in support.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under : (a) that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the Order dated 17.07.2015 by the Hon'ble Court in Company Application (Ld.) No.102 of 2015 in Company Petition No.771 of 2005 in BIFR Case No.91 of 1993 and restore the same to file;
