Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the judgment dated 11.02.2016 passed by the Industrial Court, Maharashtra, Mumbai in Revision Application (ULP) No.143/2011 rejecting their revision application.

After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Industrial Court u/s.31(2) of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971. To that effect, he made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application u/s.31(2) of the said Act within two weeks from today.

If such an application is filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, it shall be decided on its own merits, without being influenced by this order.
