The present Judge's Order seeks a direction against the Accounts Officer for handing over cash balance as also the fixed deposit receipt to the Applicant. The cash balance and the fixed deposit were kept on account of the fact that the Applicant was a minor at that time. The Applicant has now attained majority. A true copy of the birth certificate of the Applicant is enclosed with the affidavit in support of the Judge's Order. Also annexed to the certificate is the certificate of balance issued by the Accounts Officer. Accordingly, a separate Judge's Order is signed today. All concerned, including the Accounts Officer, to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
