Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a)(i), (ii) and (iii) except that the returnable date will be 04.01.2018 for Mr. Shashank Vyankatesh Manohar, 05.01.2018 for Mr. Narayanswami Srinivasan and 11.01.2018 for Mr. Sundara Raman or such other dates as the Arbitral Tribunal may fix and they shall continue to attend the arbitration proceedings until their evidence is concluded or otherwise discharged by the Arbitral Tribunal.
