The Official Liquidator's Report seeks permission to pay publication charges. The disputes between the Petitioner and the Respondent Company were settled and as a result an advertisement was issued regarding the proposed withdrawal of the winding up petition. The petition has since been settled and the Company is out of liquidation. The Official Liquidator now seeks to pay the publication charges to the publicity Company hired by the Liquidator for the purpose. Prayers (a) and (b) of the report are accordingly allowed and the report is disposed of.
