Heard. The Notice of Motion is for restoration of the suit which was dismissed by an order dated 28th July 2016. There is a delay of one day according to the Plaintiffs, and 45 days according to the Defendants, who most strenuously oppose the restoration of the suit.

For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

List the suit for directions on 6th March 2019. 11th February 2019
