We have heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
In this petition, we find that the Petitioner challenges initiation of inquiry proceedings and continuation of it by Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 against him.

As, the petition is filed at the stage of initiation of inquiry proceedings which have been stared against the Petitioner and that the final decision if taken against the Petitioner would be appeallable, we dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the adverse order, if any, passed against 1/2
- 2 - (WP 2623 OF 2014) him after the inquiry proceedings are over, before the appropriate forum.

All the contentions raised by the parties in this petition are kept open.

Needless to state that in view of disposal of the petition, the interim order passed on 9th December, 2014 stands vacated. 6.
We accept the prayer of the Petitioner that if an order is passed, having effect of withholding the Petitioner's pension, the same shall not be given effect for a period of one month from the date of passing of the same, and order accordingly. 7.
