The liberty, as mentioned in paragraph 22, is granted. Shri Dave, counsel appearing for the defendant states that the cheques representing the amounts payable, as mentioned in paragraphs 7.1 (d), (e) and (f) have been handed over to the plaintiffs and the counsel appearing for the plaintiffs, on instructions, confirms having received the same. The counsels also state that all the plaintiffs (except plaintiff no.3) and the authorized signatory of the defendant-Shri Rajendra Bajaria are present in Court and the counsels identify their respective clients. All parties to act on a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Associate of the Court.
