In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, the application is allowed and accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clause - (a), subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/-. Prayer clause - (a) reads as under :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order to condone the delay of 3222 days to file Certified Copy of the order passed by His Lordship Mr. Justice R.S. Mohite dated 15/6/2006 in Company Application No.564 of 2006 recalling the order of winding up of applicant company, with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra." The company to pay this amount of Rs.10,000/- by way of cheque drawn in favour of the Company Registrar, High Court, Bombay. Gauri Gaekwad
