Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amendment also shall be carried out in the copies supplied to the Respondents simultaneously. Office is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings from the Original Side to the Appellate Side.

Affidavit in reply, if any, to be filed within four weeks from the date of service of the papers and proceedings upon the Office of the
