Learned Counsel for the Respondent informs the court that in a group of connected matters, the disputes have been referred to arbitration and the interim applications of the parties have been converted into an applications under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and sent to the arbitral forum for adjudication. Even this application, under Section 9, was accordingly treated as an application under Section 17 and sent to the arbitral forum. Learned Counsel submits that the application has since been duly heard by the arbitral forum and some compliance has been ordered. In the premises, the Arbitration Petition is treated as disposed of.
