Heard learned Counsel for the Review Petitioner. The Petitioner seeks review of an order passed in a writ petition, to which he is not a party. The writ petition was disposed of by an order passed by this court on 2 August 2016 taking on record Minutes of Order signed by the parties. The Minutes of Order record the respective obligations of the Petitioner and Respondent No.1. These Minutes of Order or the order dated 2 August 2016 passed in terms of the Minutes cannot possibly affect the third party, which was not before the court and who was not heard by the court. There is no case of review of the order at his instance. The Review Petitioner is free to adopt his own proceedings and seek an appropriate relief.

The review petition is dismissed.
