Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
Perused the order dated 21.10.2016 passed by this Court (Coram : G. S. Patel, J.) in Notice of Motion (L) No.111 of 2016. The learned Counsel appearing for the parties have confirmed appointment of M/s. N. B. Shah & Associates as Chartered Accountant. The concerned Chartered Accountant shall be paid an amount of 1/2
CRR169_17.doc Rs.50,000/- on account from the Suit Account towards part payment by the Court Receiver. After the Chartered Accountant raises the Bill towards their professional fees and expenses, payment shall be made by the Court Receiver within one week therefrom. The Chartered Accountant firm is requested to submit the report within 3 months from today. Costs of Rs.3,000/- towards the report prepared by the Court Receiver shall be paid from the funds lying in the Suit Account in terms of prayer clause (c) of the Report.

The Chartered Accountant will also determine the claims raised by the workers of Enar Chemie Private Limited in terms of paragraph 10 of the order dated 21.10.2016 passed in Notice of Motion (L) No.111 of 2016. Court Receiver's Report is disposed of accordingly. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Minal Parab 2/2
