1] By this Application, the Petitioners seek impleadment of State Government as Party-Respondent No.8 in view of the fact that the Appeal preferred by the Petitioners is still pending before the learned State Minister. The Petitioners also seek directions against the learned State Minister to dispose off the said Appeal expeditiously. 1/2
(26)IAL-22377-2022.doc 2] Interim Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of the Petition shall be served upon the Respondents Advocates simultaneously.
3] The learned AGP shall take instructions as to when the Appeal preferred by the Petitioners would be disposed off by the learned State Minister. Petitioners are directed to convey the order passed in the Appeal to the GP Office for direction and compliance. 4] The learned counsel for tenants seeks liberty to file Intervention Application in this Petition. If any such Intervention Application is filed, the same shall be placed on board alongwith this Writ Petition on 29th July, 2022. Copy of the Interim Application so filed shall be served upon the Petitioner's Advocate within one week. 5] Place the Writ Petition on board on 29th July, 2022. 6] Ad-interim relief granted by this court, to continue till 1st August, 2022.
