Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder : "(a)that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Plaintiff to amend the Plaint in terms of the Schedule of amendments annexed as Exhibit 1 to the Chamber Summons without prejudice to the pending Notice of Motion No.37 of 2016;"
