In this petition under section 29A extension of time to complete arbitral proceedings is sought by consent. Both counsel state that proceedings in terms of oral hearings have been completed. Written arguments have also been filed. Meanwhile time has expired on 14 th August, 2018. Given the fact all that remains is passing of the award, the petition is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, I pass following order :

(i) Time to complete arbitration proceedings extended by three months from today.

(ii) Petition disposed of in the above terms.
