Refund of court fees in accordance with rules. In view of the withdrawal of the suit, the order of arrest will not survive. At the same time, Mr. Dhowan for plaintiff states that defendant vessel is under arrest in an other suit. Therefore, I am not passing any order of release of defendant no.1.
