Further to the order dated 16th February, 2018, the company or its ex-directors have not filed any affidavit explaining what happened before AAIFR and whether any petition is filed before NCLT. The BIFR has by an order dated 2nd November, 2000 read with order dated 13th March, 2002 and 19th November, 2003 has recorded an opinion that the company - M/s. Tirupathi Filaments Ltd. should be wound up. In the circumstances, the company petition is allowed. The company - M/s. Tirupathi Filaments Ltd. stands wound up. Official Liquidator to take further steps immediately without waiting for any notification.
