Mr. Raghunath, Deputy Official Liquidator states that they have already advertised the petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 16th February, 2006 and relies upon an affidavit of one Suresh Chand Gupta affirmed on 21st March, 2006.

The BIFR in its order dated 28th June, 2004 has opined that it is just equitable that the company - M/s. Suvin Co-Extrusions Limited should be wound up.

In the circumstances, the company - M/s. Suvin Co-Extrusions Limited be wound up. Official Liquidator to take further steps immediately without waiting for any notification.
