16 n 1461-15 Execution Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present notice. Hence, following order is passed: a) Notice preferred by Claimant under Order XXI Rule 22 is made absolute.

b) Claimant can proceed with Execution Application according to law.

c) Notice stands disposed of accordingly.
