Refund of Court fees, if any, as per rules.

The Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay is discharged without accounts and on payment of fees and charges to be paid by the plaintiffs. The royalty amount directed to be paid by the defendant no.3 by an order dated 12th September, 2017 passed in Notice of Motion No.351 of 2015 is waived.

In view of disposal of the Suit No.970 of 2014, the Court Receiver's Report No.282 of 2018 is also disposed of. 6.

Pending notice of motion, if any, in the suit is disposed of in view of the withdrawal of the suit.

All the parties as well as the Court Receiver and the learned Prothonotary & Senior Master to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
