Ms. Yogini Chauhan, Deputy Official Liquidator present. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 05th FEBRUARY, 2016 P.C.:- As regards prayer clause -(a), the counsel appearing for the State Bank of India states that they have no objection. As regards prayer clauses - (b) and (c), Mr. Kedia, counsel for the ex-directors states that within four weeks from today they would comply with the requisitions of the Official Liquidator and they shall not ask for any further time, on any ground whatsoever.

2/2 73.OLR-437-2015 Be that as it may, prayer clauses - (b) and (c) of the Official Liquidator's Report has also to be granted. At the same time, the Official Liquidator not to take any further steps in that regard upto and including 5th March, 2016.
