I have separately granted leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent and under Order II Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 ("CPC"). The present Petition is brought under Order I Rule 8 of the CPC to sue in a representative capacity. The leave is sought to represent all investors in what is called the 'Indiareit Fund Scheme I'. The Plaintiff does not have the necessary particulars in respect of all the other investors. It is not practicable to give individual notice to all other investors. 2.

Hence, leave is granted under Order I Rule 8 of the CPC subject to the issuance of a public advertisement at the cost of the 14th August 2018
