Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. By consent of the parties, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the Plaintiff be allowed to amend the Plaint by deleting the name of the Defendant No.7 to 9 from the Suit cause title and the Plaintiff be allowed to add the name of the Respondents to the Suit cause title as per the Schedule to the Chamber Summons;" 2.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 11-01-2016. Re-verification ssp 1/2
