By this application learned counsel for the parties submits that in the reference forming subject matter of the petition, the tribunal has heard submissions and all that remains is passing of the Award. Considering the fact that the tribunal consists of three members and the fact that time has expired on 15 th August, 2018, I pass the following order :

(i) Time to make the Award is extended by six months from today. (ii) Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
