COMPANY APPLICATION NO.591 OF 2017 Heard the counsel for applicant and also considered the affidavit in support and the proposed amendment. Mr. Khan tenders an affidavit of one Premanand Keshav Matkar affirmed on 5th June 2018 confirming service of the application upon respondent on 28th April 2018. There is no affidavit in reply filed opposing the application and there is nobody present for respondent either.

In the circumstances, application is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clauses - (a) and (b). At the same time, paragraph 2 "Any other consequential amendments thereof" as mentioned in the Schedule is not granted.
