By this Chamber Summons first plaintiff seeks amendment to the plaint. Mr. Parikh states that the amendment sought in the schedule does not change the cause of action. Learned counsel for the defendant has no objection to the amendment being allowed. In the circumstances I pass following order : (i) Chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause(a) and (b). (ii) Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and amended copy of the plaint to be served to the defendants Advocate forthwith thereafter.
