No reply is filed to the Chamber summons opposing the same. Mr.Patil for the applicant states that Chamber summons was served way back in October-2017. For reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, Chamber summons allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a) except serial no.6 in the schedule which is bracketed in red ink. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Registry to issue fresh writ of summons. Mr.Patil states that he will apply for issuance of writ of summons during the course of this week. Mr.Patil states that the internal 2nd page of Exh.P to the plaint was inadvertently missed out and tenders copy of the same, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
