By this company application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 8th May, 2015 passed by this Court and seeks condonation of delay in filing the company application. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant invited my attention to the averments made in the affidavit in support of the company application and more particularly paragraphs 3 and 4. I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for recall of the said order dated 8th May, 2015 for condonation of delay in filing the 1/2

The company application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Company Petition No.568 of 2015 is restored to file. The office objections, if any, shall be removed within two weeks from today without fail, failing which the company petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

If the papers and proceedings as well as the notice are not served by the petitioner upon the respondent company before 15th December, 2016, the office is directed to transmit the papers and proceedings to the National Company Law Tribunal accordingly. 5.

The company application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
