Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 3 rd February, 2016, Mr. Phiroze Bharucha, Advocate as well as Mr. Ankit Lohia, Advocate have filed disclosure under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The disclosures are taken on record and the following order is passed : i.

The disputes arising out of Agreement dated 1 st December, 2013 between the parties are referred to the Arbitration of Mr. Phiroze Bharucha, Advocate as well as Mr. Ankit Lohia, Advocate.

ii.

Mr. Phiroze Bharucha, Advocate as well as Mr. Ankit Lohia, Advocate shall appoint third / Presiding Arbitrator by mutual consent. iii.

The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrators, on 7 th April, 2016 at 5.00 a.m. and obtain necessary directions.

The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. v.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. vi.

The venue of Arbitration shall be at Mumbai.

In view of this order, the above Arbitration Application is disposed of. 3.
