Therefore, the order dated 18th March 2019, shall take effect. The chamber summons no.1267 of 2018, as far as impleadment is concerned, stands allowed. Plaintiff to take steps to add applicants as codefendants and serve the amended plaint to all the parties within two weeks from today.

Writ of summons on other defendants, if not served, shall be applied for within one week from today, failing which, the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
