After arguing for some time, when this Court declined to entertain the Writ Petition only on the ground that the Petitioners have not challenged the Notification dated 11.12.2017 and order dated 02.04.2019, page 79 of the Writ Petition, passed by Respondent Corporation, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition for the same cause of action. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
