The parties have settled the dispute amicably. The judgment debtor has handed over a cheque in the sum of Rs.70,000/-, which is accepted by the judgment creditor in full and final settlement. Learned counsel for the judgment creditor confirms this position. No further amount is due and payable by the judgment debtor to the judgment creditor. The judgment debtor has produced the original of the Pan Card to prove his identity before us. The copy of the Pan Card is taken on record.
