The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 have also signed the consent terms.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petitions by passing the following order:
(I) Undertakings in the consent terms taken on record and marked `X' are accepted and both the petitions are disposed of in terms of the consent terms;
(II)We make it clear that as the respondent No.1 is not a party to the settlement, the consent order passed in the petitions will not bind the respondent No.1.
