In both the petitions, the consent terms are tendered by the Advocate for the petitioner and the Advocate for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 which are tendered on record and marked `X' for identification. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 have also signed the consent terms.

The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for

oswp2709-2901 the respondent Nos.2 to 4 state that the said parties have accepted the correctness of the contents of the consent terms.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petitions by passing the following order:

(I) Undertakings in the consent terms taken on record and marked `X' are accepted and both the petitions are disposed of in terms of the consent terms;

(II)We make it clear that as the respondent No.1 is not a party to the settlement, the consent order passed in the petitions will not bind the respondent No.1.
