This commercial arbitration petition seeks relief under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. This court passed an adinterim order in the petition as far back as on 29 September 2016, followed by an order dated 21 October 2016. These orders have been operating till date. In the meantime, the arbitral tribunal has been constituted and the reference is being heard by it.

In the premises, the arbitration petition is disposed of by confirming the ad-interim orders passed on 29 September 2016 and 21 October 2016 as orders pending the reference. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
