The above Petition is companion to Writ Petition (L) No.2545 of 2016 filed by the Respondent Union. The Learned Senior Counsel Mr. Sudhir Talsania on instructions makes a statement that the Petitioner would make the payment as directed by the Industrial Court to the 86 MSRs, if they report as per the Metis system. In so far as the said aspect is concerned, a separate direction has already been issued in the said Writ Petition (L) No.2545 of 2016 whilst dismissing the same.
