1] None appears on behalf of the appellants. Heard learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.1. The appellants/ original plaintiffs had filed the suit to stay the termination of the work order. No interim relief was granted by the learned Single Judge in the said suit. The present appeal has been preferred against the order not granting any interim / ad-interim relief.

YBG 238-app-131-10 2] In our view, instead of keeping this matter pending till the next date, it will be appropriate if the learned Single Judge is requested to hear the suit expeditiously. This appeal is, therefore, disposed of. The learned Single Judge is requested to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible. All contentions of the appellants and respondents are kept open.
